Who we are. ZenZenith runs this website. Contact: channelglobal@silverfoxassociates.com.

What we collect. Only what you type into the Expression of Interest form on this site (name, email, country or market, business type, optionally a company name and a website or LinkedIn address, and a short description of your business), and the technical data every web server records when a page is requested: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser's user agent. We do not use analytics or advertising tools and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why. To assess your interest in the Pink Cow Partner Programme and contact you about next steps, and to keep the site secure and working (server logs). Our lawful basis is your request to us and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.

Who sees it. The people who handle partner enquiries, through the shared mailbox channelglobal@silverfoxassociates.com (hosted on Google Workspace). We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

Where it is kept and for how long. Form submissions are kept in our enquiry mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your request. The form stores nothing in a database. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. Write to channelglobal@silverfoxassociates.com.
